There are more verses in the Bible about silly things like women not being allowed to speak in church, and stoning people who work on the Sabbath than there are relating to masturbation.
In fact, it doesn’t even directly address the issue. The closest it comes is to say that you shouldn’t look at women with ‘lust in your heart’, but that’s wide open to interpretation. I think you should interpret that one loosely to say don’t just reduce women to pieces of meat. You have to respect them, even though you find them attractive.
Don’t drive yourself crazy with guilt over something so pointless.
