It makes me feel sick and stupid after I’m done watching it. And then I start to think of how much a sin it is. I’ve lost my appetite, and I feel so AKWARD around my family afterwards! How can I stop without having to stop using the computer? I REALLY need help. PLZ TELL ME WHAT I SHOULD DO. And my parents are the LAST people I would want to talk to.

Or try to keep yourself busy when you’re on the computer, like chat with your friends so that you could take your mind away from porn. Put a picture of your family near your computer monitor or a picture of Jesus (if your a Christian) or any picture that would deter you from thinking of porn.
Block the porn websites you frequently visit using a porn filter http://www.download.com/NetDog-Internet-Porn-Filter/3000-2162_4-10454719.html .
Use Firefox as your browser and install the Firefox add-on Ad Block Plus. Ad Block Plus will block the porn ads (actually almost all ads, even the annoying text ads ads) you will see on sites so you wouldn’t be tempted to click on them.

find a hobby….like volleyball…go play games online..block the website that you go on… like parental lock
why be embbaressed its not a sin hun if you enjoy it. yes you get the bad thoughts afterwards but you enjoy it while your watching it right? just be like to yourself this is something that i enjoy at the time that its happening. and if its something that makes me happy why is it a sin??
dont feel guilty.i dont,its great.i am blind now and have hairy palms but apart from that im healthy.
slow process, maybe you should just start off with watching something that is not as graphic.
like soft core.
and then slowly rid the addiction.

Download that program thing that blocks porn sites.
Block porn sites, turn safe search on for your search engines, instead of watchin a porn flick, watch a movie on ur computer instead. Delete all the porn on your computer too if you’re that devoted to stopping. My gf did this once, for many of the same reasons that you have, not all. But A couple days after she was asking me back for them..
I think the best method of getting over this is by practicing self-control and resistance. A little porn every now and then shouldn’t hurt.
I used to be near addicted to it somewhat a couple years back but I guess it just got old to me and now I only look on it occasionally when the mood sets in
